You may already know that coffee goes great with with a variety of sweets. Affogato appears to be the best product, a holy union of coffee and ice cream. Affogato normally utilizes gelato, which is basically just lower fat ice cream with less air.
I’ve never been a big consumer of Peet’s Coffee Shops but that is mostly because I have never really lived in close or convenient proximity to one. I know a lot of people who absolutely swear by them. I found this video and I wanted to pass it along.
