Starbucks Cafe Mocha

Traditionally speaking, a Cafe Mocha at Starbucks is coffee mixed with mocha (bittersweet chocolate), with steamed milk and foamy milk, and whip cream at the top.

Mike and I are always aiming for lower calories. The easiest way to cut calories without gutting the flavor is to use nonfat milk and no whip, which subtracts 120 calories from the Cafe Mocha’s 370 calories, for a total of 250 calories. In the end, its sundae like appearance will now look like this:
