In October, hundreds of millions of people carve pumpkins for Halloween. The pumpkins go to waste, alongside its innards, and the seeds and the pulp. While you can’t salvage a carved pumpkin, both the seeds and the pulp can easily be used.

Coffee grows best in tropical areas, which is why it being grown sustainably and with respect to nature matters so much. Sicily, Italy is not a tropical area or climate, so coffee growing there isn’t really optimal.
1820 Costa Rican Coffee
A standard coffee that I’ve seen and had throughout my trip to Costa Rica last week is 1820 Coffee. It is very pungent and robust, being 100% Arabica . The flavors are very earthy, as in, its, it tastes like dirt/mud, perhaps owing to Costa Rica’s rich soils, and is accompanied with herbaceous notes.
