Cloud Coffee is exactly how it sounds—it a light, frothy coffee beverage made with espresso, creamer, and the tropical flavors of coconut water. It is the center cup in the image above. It’s not a complicated beverage at all, and is certainly something worth trying. I normally don’t try anything I see on social media, but maybe when it comes to coffee, I just might keep my eye out for ideas like cloud coffee.
How to make Cloud Coffee
As mentioned above, Cloud Coffee is not especially difficult. You just need espresso, your preferred creamer/milk, and coconut water. Maybe you could spruce things up with coconut milk or creamer instead! The only part of the process that requires some extra work is the frothing. Unless you have a froth machine, you can do some frothing in a simple sealed container (mason jar). Here are the steps: 1. Pour coconut water into whatever glass you plan to drink from 2. Mix espresso/coffee with creamer/milk in a container. 3. Shake the container vigorously until foamy. 4. Pour this frothy mixture over the coconut water. Congratulations, you have Cloud Coffee!
