Saturday morning coffee: Bill Clinton

Saturday mornings are without a doubt one of my favorite times of the week. After a long work week it’s super refreshing to not have to get up to an alarm clock if you don’t absolutely have to. I always start my day at the kitchen table with a morning brew in a favorite mug. I read news articles that interest me, maybe pay some bills, or do some writing. This morning this tweeted video clip from President Bill Clinton caught my eye and I really enjoyed it. He shares some of this thoughts about this year’s inauguration of President Joe Biden and some memories of his own from his time as leader of the free world.

Biden+Harris drop inauguration playlist

Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are ringing in their administration with some empowering music. Ahead of Inauguration Day on Jan. 20, the president-elect and vice president-elect have released a 46-song playlist in honor of their upcoming administration.

The collection features a wide-range of songs, including modern anthems like Beyoncé’s “Find Your Way Back” and Dua Lipa’s “Levitating,” as well as classic tunes like The Doobie Brothers’ “What a Fool Believes” and Led Zeppelin’s “Fool in the Rain.”

The playlist is available now on SoundCloud, Spotify and Apple Music.
